Trust your agent here; sometimes we can use to a smell in our home and not notice it like someone on the outside. If your agent mentions this, don’t be offended, they are just trying to help sell your home. (I am a HUGE dog lover!)
Neutralize the Colors: When painting, it is always best to use a neutral off-white color that the majority of people can live with. If they want to change it after they buy your house, that’s fine. While on the market, make the color scheme appealing to the largest number of potential buyers.
